‘Azouma’ meaning ‘Invitation’ in Arabic describes the warm atmosphere and a friendly, welcoming feeling to all of our guests. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes from all Arabia with specialty of Moroccan and Lebanese cuisines. The Lebanese cuisine is tasty and balanced and is heavily influenced by surrounding countries and regions. However Moroccan cuisine is very diverse because of the influence of different civilizations and cultures that inhabit Morocco. It is considered as one of the most important cuisines in the Mediterranean, for the reason that it consists of a unique balance of spices and herbs which gives you a rich flavour and real experience of Morocco.
